Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed or delivered. Prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and include the product cost; delivery fees, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment is made by cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

Delivery

We deliver across Iraq. Delivery is free for orders over 50,000 IQD. Delivery times vary by location and are confirmed with you when your order is processed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which allows free return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition.

Product Information

We work to display products, colours, and sizes as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting in photography.

Promotions

Discount codes apply as described in each promotion. The first-order code is limited to one use per customer. Promotions may be changed or ended at any time.
