How to Request a Return or Exchange

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as it arrives. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Since orders are paid by cash on delivery, approved refunds are settled in cash through the courier or agreed with you directly through our support team.
